Refund Policy

30-DAY GUARANTEE:
AGOGIE offers a unique 30-day money back guarantee. Starting from the date your item(s) are received, if unsatisfied for any reason, simply send the items back to AGOGIE for a full refund of the purchase price in an AGOGIE credit or your money refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition. You must provide your original email receipt to get AGOGIE credit or money refunded.  AGOGIE credit does not expire. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning items. Returned items which have qualified for free shipping via special offers or promotions will be assessed our standard shipping rate of $9.99, which will be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original transaction. Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return.

RETURNED CONDITION POLICY:
For an item to qualify for a full refund under the 30-day guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition as purchased. In the event that an item is not returned in the same condition, a restocking fee of 20% (twenty percent) will be applied and deducted from your refund.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
To assist in efficient processing, we encourage setting up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns. Please contact customer service by e-mail at service@agogie.com to request a return.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the event that an incorrect item is shipped or an order arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will issue a pre-paid return label and work diligently to provide either a replacement item or full refund in these instances. In the case of shipping damage, we may ask that you provide photos of the product and shipping container in order to facilitate a FedEx damage claim.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS:
Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return.
