What is resistance apparel?

Our resistance apparel has built-in resistance bands, which add a layer of in-line resistance over the natural muscle and ligament lines, creating an exoskeleton of resistance. Think about it as adding gravity to every motion rather than adding weight. This helps build secondary support muscles while activating the core, lower back, and hip flexors, creating more power and speed.

Absolutely Amazing!

I usually ignore IG ads because they are a waste of my time and not what I opened the app for, THAT SAID...I was fully intrigued when I saw these Agogie Resistance Band Pants. They do not disappoint! I wear the 20+ every shift at work (I'm an oncology nurse) and for every workout (cardio and yoga). I feel it for a bit at the beginning and at the end of the day, and the results are showing after just 2 weeks! My calfs, thighs, and core have already lost a few inches overall and after another month or so I plan to go to the next level with a pair of 40s. Hopefully some shirts are in development...?

Perfect gift

Gave these pants as a gift for my brother. He absolutely loves them. At first he just felt the support, then when he really felt the resistance he loved them even more.

The Best Decision

I was very hesitant about getting the pants. So it took me about a month to purchase. I regret waiting so long to purchase, I love it!!!!

Pants are awesome!!

Fit is perfect, have done mostly walking in them so far, but will incorporate into gym workouts in the next week. Ordered the 40’s for more resistance

20’s and 40’s

I’m a 42 year old dude trying to get back in shape so I started trying to run 5 to 8 miles every few days in addition to doing BJJ/Judo and typical weightlifting. I bought both the 20’s and 40’s because they seemed too good to be true and I wanted to prove them wrong. I ran 3 miles in the 20’s (it was actually 2 miles and I walked the last mile) and my legs burned like I had run 12 miles. I’m now incorporating the 20’s into my running routine and the 40’s into my gym routine. I was skeptical but they are seriously legit. The only annoying thing is that after you machine wash them you have to let them air dry. Otherwise, totally worth it.
