ORDERS

After your order, you should have received an email stating your product has shipped with a tracking link. In the event that a shipment is missing, we will contact the shipping company and help track down your missing package.

If you believe your package could be stolen from a placement on a porch or open area,  we suggest selecting signature required when ordering. 

Yes, we refund shipping cost on all returns. 


SHIPPING

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


PRODUCT & STOCK

From time to time we are out of stock on items. If you order an item that is out of stock, please contact us at service@agogie.com.

We will get you a time line for the next shipment from our factory.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30-DAY GUARANTEE: 
AGOGIE offers a unique 30-day money back guarantee. Starting from the date your item(s) are received, if unsatisfied for any reason, simply send the items back to AGOGIE for a full refund of the purchase price in an AGOGIE credit or your money refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition. You must provide your original email receipt to get AGOGIE credit or money refunded.  AGOGIE credit does not expire.

SHIPPING:

Shipping for all domestic returns and exchanges will be done at no charge.

International returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning items. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original transaction. Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return, only an exchange for qualified reasons. 

RETURNED CONDITION POLICY: 
For an item to qualify for a full refund under the 30-day guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition as purchased. In the event that an item is not returned in the same condition, a restocking fee of 20% (twenty percent) will be applied and deducted from your refund.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS: 
In the event that an incorrect item is shipped or an order arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will issue a pre-paid return label and work diligently to provide either a replacement item or full refund in these instances. In the case of shipping damage, we may ask that you provide photos of the product and shipping container in order to facilitate a FedEx damage claim.

RETURN TIME FRAME:

Your refund will be processed 48hrs after the item is received and inspected by our returns department. 

Depending on your payment method it may take up to 10 business days to show on your statement.
