What is resistance apparel?

Your AGOGIE pants have eight resistance bands built-in, adding constant tension to every movement. Just wearing AGOGIE offers a convenient and comfortable way to activate more muscles, increase workout intensity, and burn more calories and fat.

How do I know the pants are working?

After 30 minutes of wear, standing or walking, you might notice your leg muscles activating and getting warmer. The pants should fit snug but comfortable. To test if the pants fit correctly, reach behind your knee and the bands should feel taut.

What is the difference between the +20 and +40 resistance levels?

The technical difference between the +20s and +40s is the thickness of the bands inside the pants. The bands in the +20 pants are a millimeter thick, while the +40 bands are two millimeters. The thicker the band, the greater the resistance.

The +20s are great for all day wear, long distance runs and walks, endurance exercises, cardio workouts, and anytime you simply want to activate your muscles more.

The +40s can be worn all day as well, but they will activate and engage your muscles faster and with more intensity than the +20 pants. They are great for gym workouts, CrossFit, HIIT routines, speed training, strength training, and short running or walking routines where your goal is intensity over endurance.

What are the pants made from?

The pants are made from a moisture wicking material made of polyester and elastane. The bands inside the pants are made using 100% natural rubber (latex).

Is there latex in the rubber?

Yes, the rubber resistance bands are made of natural rubber latex. These bands are completely sewn into the pants so they do not touch your skin. However, latex allergies affect people differently. Please seek advise from a medical professional for individual needs.

How do I know my size?

How should my AGOGIE pants fit?

AGOGIE pants are designed to fit snug yet comfortable. Here is a simple test to make sure your pants fit correctly –
You should be able to stand up straight and while standing, the band that stretches down the back of the knee should be taut.

It’s important that the waistband is tied and sitting on your waist to ensure you are getting the full benefit of the resistance bands.

AGOGIE Shipping Protection

AGOGIE recommends customers adding the AGOGIE Shipping Protection to their order.

AGOGIE Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria.
Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items AGOGIE will cover.

Note: When refunding an item, AGOGIE Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the AGOGIE Shipping Protection premium are not included.

When replacing an item, AGOGIE Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order, the Agogie
Shipping Protection premium, shipping costs, and taxes. AGOGIE does not pay custom/duty fees.

Lost Items Policies:

Packages presumed to be lost:
●Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not
"delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States
domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments, including Canada unless a Canadian
merchant is shipping within Canada in which case the 7 day domestic shipment timeline applies)
and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Invalid address or delivery barriers:
●Sometimes carriers cannot deliver the customer’s package due to an invalid address or other
unexpected delivery barriers. At this point, the carrier might return the package to the
sender/retailer. The customer’s package is not actually lost, thus AGOGIE does not cover this. In
instances where the item is being returned to the sender and is reusable, customers will be
referred to the retailer.

Only part of the order delivered:
● If the customer ordered several items in one package but only part of the order arrived and
there is no evidence of tampering, AGOGIE does not cover the order issue. The customer will be
referred to the retailer.
● If a single order is being shipped in multiple packages and one package does not arrive, AGOGIE
will cover the order issue and reorder or refund the value of the undelivered package.

Packages labeled "return to sender":
● AGOGIE does not cover packages labeled return to sender because the order has been sent back
to the retailer. Items are returned to sender when a customer provides an invalid or
undeliverable address or refuses a delivery.
● AGOGIE covers the customer’s order if the package gets lost in-transit back to the sender.*

Can I exchange my pants for a different size or color?

Yes! Simply use this link to exchange your pants for a different size or color. Please note the new size/color needed in the notes section of the exchange.

Can I return my pants?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your AGOGIE resistance band pants, you may use this link to start your return. Your refund will be processed 48hrs after the item is received and inspected by our returns department. You will be refunded for shipping cost on all returns.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please use this link to request an exchange. The exchange is 100% no cost to you.

Our Return Policy

30-DAY GUARANTEE:
AGOGIE offers a unique 30-day money back guarantee. Starting from the date your item(s) are received, if unsatisfied for any reason, simply send the items back to AGOGIE for a full refund of the purchase price in an AGOGIE credit or your money refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition. You must provide your original email receipt to get AGOGIE credit or money refunded. AGOGIE credit does not expire.

SHIPPING:
Shipping for all domestic returns and exchanges will be done at no charge.

International returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning items. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original transaction. Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return, only an exchange for qualified reasons.

RETURNED CONDITION POLICY:
For an item to qualify for a full refund under the 30-day guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition as purchased. In the event that an item is not returned in the same condition, a restocking fee of 20% (twenty percent) will be applied and deducted from your refund.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the event that an incorrect item is shipped, or an order arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will issue a pre-paid return label and work diligently to provide either a replacement item or full refund in these instances. In the case of shipping damage, we may ask that you provide photos of the product and shipping container in order to facilitate a FedEx damage claim.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS:
Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return, only an exchange for qualified reasons.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What do I do if my shipment is lost or stolen?

After placed your order, you should have received an email with a tracking link.

Packages marked as “delivered” but have not been received are presumed to be stolen. If this happens, you may file a claim five days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days after to ensure the package was not misdelivered or found elsewhere on the premises.

Packages marked as “not delivered” are presumed to be lost and claims must be filed seven days after the last checkpoint (in the US and Canada; after 20 days for other international countries) but no longer than 30 days after.

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

We allow 15 days from delivery to file a claim for a damaged package for customers who opted for the package protection program. To file a claim for a damaged package, please email service@agogie.com

If you opted out of the AGOGIE protection program, you need to contact your local FedEx office (or international shipper) and file a claim directly with them.

How do I care for my resistance band pants?

To maintain the integrity of your AGOGIE resistance band pants, wash them in warm water, in a regular cycle, with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

How long will they last?

Your AGOGIE resistance band pants should last a minimum of two years. This greatly depends on how often they are worn and if they are cared for properly.

To increase the lifespan of your AGOGIE resistance band pants, wash them in warm water in a regular or gentle cycle using low spin. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. You can tumble dry with no heat or hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
