Orange Theory classes, comparing workout intensity and performance metrics with and without the pants to assess their effectiveness.

Testing Method

Over the course of one month, the customer participated in multiple Orange Theory classes, maintaining a consistent workout regimen to ensure comparability between sessions.

The key variable in this test was the use of AGOGIE resistance band pants. The customer alternated between wearing the resistance pants and not wearing them during these classes.

The objective was to assess any differences in workout intensity, endurance, and overall physical performance attributable to the resistance added by the AGOGIE pants.

The classes chosen for the test were identical in terms of exercises, duration, and intensity, thereby isolating the effect of the pants from other variables.

This approach allowed for a direct comparison of performance metrics such as the participant's stamina, speed, and possibly even recovery times, with and without the resistance offered by the pants.

The results from this test would provide valuable insights into how the AGOGIE resistance band pants might enhance or affect workout efficiency and effectiveness within a controlled training environment like Orange Theory.



Increase minutes in Orange Zone 71%

Zone Efficiency Analysis:

Wearing AGOGIE pants leads to a notable reduction in time spent in lower-intensity zones, accompanied by a significant enhancement in the Orange Zone—where heart rates reach 84-91% of their maximum. According to Orange Theory, surpassing the 84% threshold markedly increases metabolic rate and fat burning efficiency. Our findings show a 71% increase in Orange Zone duration, underscoring a substantial improvement in calorie burn and overall workout effectiveness according to Orange Theory's fitness parameters.

Increased Splat Points by 73%

SPLAT Points - Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) test:

SPLAT Points are earned for each minute you spend in certain zones. Earning 12 or more Splat Points activates your Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC).

During EPOC, oxygen exits through the muscles in your body, and to return your body to homeostasis it has to work harder, which increases your metabolism for the next 24-36 hours.
