Return Policy
60-Day Performance Guarantee
At AGOGIE, we don’t just want you to wear the product — we want you to train in it.
Every purchase is backed by our 60-Day Performance Guarantee.
From the date your order is delivered, you have 60 days to train in your AGOGIE gear and decide if it’s right for you.
If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- AGOGIE store credit (which never expires)
We strongly encourage customers to train in the product before deciding to return it. Many customers notice the performance difference after multiple workouts.
Store Credit Bonus (Choose Credit, Get More)
If you choose AGOGIE store credit instead of a refund, we’ll add a 5% bonus to your return amount.

Exchange-First Sizing Guarantee
Not sure about sizing? We recommend exchanging before requesting a refund.

Exchanges are the fastest and easiest way to ensure you get the right fit while continuing your training.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be in reasonable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
AGOGIE products are performance apparel designed to be trained in. Returns are intended for products that have been evaluated during normal use.
We reserve the right to deny returns that show excessive wear, damage beyond normal training use, or abuse of the 60-day guarantee.
Items returned after 60 days from delivery are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance items
- Limited edition or special release products marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
We do not use RMA numbers.
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our automated return portal:
Domestic U.S. Orders
When you use our automated return system:
- We cover return shipping costs
- Exchanges ship at no additional cost
- Processing is faster and trackable
If you choose not to use the automated return system, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Shipping & Refund Details
Domestic U.S. Orders
- Return shipping is covered only when using our automated return portal.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping under a promotion, a standard outbound shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless store credit is selected.
International Orders (Including Canada)
- We do not offer free outbound or return shipping outside the United States.
- All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges for international orders require the customer to cover shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for customs documentation and any associated fees when returning international orders.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
You may initiate a replacement or exchange directly through our automated return portal:
For qualifying U.S. domestic orders processed through the portal:

- Replacement items ship at no additional cost
For international orders, shipping costs are not covered.
Photos of the product and packaging may be required to assist with carrier claims.
Warranty Returns
Warranty return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved in writing.
