Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time may begin processing the following business day.

During high-volume periods, product launches, restocks, promotional events, or inventory audits, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Processing time refers to order preparation. It does not include carrier transit time.

2. Domestic U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders over $99 (after discounts, before taxes).

Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Free shipping promotions apply within the continental United States unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method for all orders, including free shipping orders.

Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

If a return reduces the final order value below $99, we reserve the right to deduct the standard outbound shipping rate from the refund, consistent with our Return Policy.

3. Alaska & Hawaii

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are welcome but may experience longer transit times.

Delivery time estimates shown at checkout may not fully reflect extended transit time to these regions.

Free shipping eligibility may differ for Alaska and Hawaii depending on carrier limitations.

4. Military (APO/FPO/DPO) Addresses

We proudly ship to U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

These shipments may experience extended delivery times due to military mail handling and overseas routing. Transit times for APO/FPO orders are estimates only and may vary significantly based on destination and operational conditions.

5. International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout where available.

We do not offer free international shipping.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by local authorities

We are not responsible for customs processing delays or additional charges once a shipment leaves the United States. Outbound international shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Protection (Optional Service)

We offer an optional Shipping Protection service at checkout.

Shipping Protection must be selected and purchased at checkout to apply.

If Shipping Protection is purchased and a package is lost or stolen prior to confirmed delivery, eligible claims may qualify for replacement or refund under the protection provider’s terms.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, AGOGIE and Phalyx LLC are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Refused deliveries
  • Customs seizures
  • Carrier delays

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Once a package is marked delivered, customers are responsible for securing the shipment.

We recommend selecting Shipping Protection for added peace of mind.

8. High-Value Orders & Signature Requirement

For certain high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.

If a signature-required package is refused or delivery cannot be completed, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Preorders & Backorders

Occasionally, certain products may be offered as preorder or backorder items.

Estimated ship dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder/backorder items:

  • Items may ship separately; or
  • The entire order may ship once all items are available.

We reserve the right to determine the most efficient fulfillment method.

Delays in preorder or backorder fulfillment do not entitle customers to additional compensation beyond a refund of the original purchase price if cancellation is requested before shipment.

10. Split Shipments

To ensure faster fulfillment, we may ship items separately if inventory is located in different facilities or becomes available at different times.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless the split shipment is specifically requested by the customer.

11. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to address error:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

12. Carrier Delays

Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disputes
  • Customs processing
  • Government actions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Public health emergencies

These delays do not qualify for refunds of shipping charges.

13. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Photos of the packaging and product may be required to process a claim.

14. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer:

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees assessed by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

15. Warehouse Closures & Operational Interruptions

From time to time, our fulfillment warehouse may be closed due to federal holidays, severe weather, inventory audits, facility maintenance, or force majeure events.

Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.

We appreciate your understanding when operational circumstances require minor adjustments to processing timelines.

16. Alignment With Return Policy

Shipping refunds, deductions, and return eligibility are subject to our Return Policy.

Outbound shipping charges (including promotional shipping) are non-refundable except in cases of company error or as required by law.
