I’m 70 years old and while I know that I need resistance training to help prevent osteoporosis, I’ve never liked doing it. That is, until I got my AGOGIE resistance band pants.
Prior to the pandemic, I would go to the gym to exercise. Every now and then I would do the weight machines, but I just didn’t like them. When I could no longer go to the gym, I started doing Zumba YouTube videos. I love them so much that I do them 3-4 times a week!
As seen in Women's World Magazine
I first saw the AGOGIE pants on Facebook, and I thought they looked kind of neat. I’m always a little skeptical of fitness products, though, because there is so much out there claiming it can completely change your life in a week. So, I started to look for independent reviews and I was surprised by how many people tried and liked the pants. I found a lot of positive reviews on sites that had nothing to do with the company.
I still had more questions, so I did the online chat, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how helpful it was! One of the customer service reps talked me through what size I should get and the difference between the +20 and +40 resistance pants.
As soon as I told my daughter about them, she insisted on buying them for me for my birthday. When they first arrived, I remember thinking they looked tiny and they felt heavy. I now understand that’s because of the resistance bands inside. Once I got them on, they fit great and didn’t feel heavy at all.
I wore them during my next Zumba class, and I could definitely feel the added resistance. Especially during all the squats! And when the class was finished, WOW! That’s when I really felt the difference. These pants don’t just claim to do something; they really do something. My legs felt like rubber! They didn’t really hurt; they just felt like they got a really good workout.
I now wear them every time I do a Zumba class. To me, they’re great and I can’t imagine anyone not liking them. They’re a great way for me to get in my resistance training without feeling like I’m doing resistance work. I’m so grateful my daughter got them for me! I hope to get back to the gym very soon so I can share this great find with my gym buddies.
