Ok, so I got the +40 pants, I have worn them 4 days on a mile walk. Thighs burn as i hope they would, and I sweat quicker then normal. I also felt the burn in my buttocks. The only downfall I had was that I am 6'1", and it was very hard to get the bottom part of the pants to stay under my feet.
