Comfortable feel the resistance
Unfortunately I have a gut, so they’re a little tight on my waist. They are very comfortable on my legs though.
I ordered the 40's WOW ! can really feel the resistance! I have had them for about 2 weeks and it has been super hot where I live so I have only started wearing them about a week. I can't talk about results just yet, but I am sure I will see them soon. I started back at the gym and today was leg day, I wore them to work out I can tell you that I felt a huge difference and got more of a workout!!! YAY!!!
If your thinking about purchasing -I say GO for it!! Every little bit helps:)
I wore them to work under scrubs and felt a little resistance in every step! I love them!
I'm a very active individual and have worn my pants for all the variety of things I do, including flown in them for the aerial acrobatics I coach. I enjoy the extra resistance and weight the pants offer and can tell I'm building strength.
