The back (2) resistance channels run from the glutes, down the hamstrings, and to the ankle.
The front (2) resistance channels attach at the hip flexors and run down the quads, around the knee, and to the ankle.
The front (2) resistance channels surround the knee to prevent any restrictions of mobility while also assisting in patella tracking.

HOW IT WORKS
When I use the resistance pants, I can feel the tension on my swing leg and also on extension leg.
This resistance feeling is very important for my technique in these training phases, because when I run in maximum speed, it is very difficult to strenght these parts of body. Thats why are your pants perfect as a training supplement.
The pants are a great training unit in slow motion drilles because at the slow pass over the hurdle, the postural muscles are strengthened and these results are better for stability and power of overrun and crossing the hurdle.
